REGIONAL RELAY CARNIVAL
The 2023/24 Region Relay Carnivals are LAVic's main team competition for the season for U9 to U17 athletes. This is the only Carnival where boys and girls can run against each other in a mixed sex team. Athletes carry a baton which they pass onto the next member of their team.

Who can compete?
To be eligible to enter the Region Relay Carnival, athletes must be registered and be a financial Little Athletics Victoria Competitive Member by the closing date and time for entries (ie. date and time of the submission of team sheets). There are no exemptions.

How you can compete
Athletes can enter a maximum of 4 team events only, in a ‘combination’ of any of the following:

4 x 100m (Male/Female and/or Mixed Sex (MS))

4 x 200m (Male/Female and/or Mixed Sex (MS)
-
Swiss Medley, Male/Female)

STATE RELAY CHAMPIONSHIPS
The only way to be eligible for the State Relay Championships is to have qualified at a Regional Carnival.

Date: Saturday 16th December 2023
Venue: Lakeside Stadium, Melbourne
Open to: Entrants who have qualified at their Region Relay Carnival.

UNIFORM
At any Regional or State event there are strict uniform guidelines that need to be adhered to. You much present in centre approved uniform and no unapproved branding or logos larger than 40mm x 40mm. For the full brief of uniform requirements for Regional and State events please click here.
