REGIONAL & STATE CROSS COUNTRY

REGIONAL CROSS COUNTRY CARNIVAL

The Regional Cross Country Carnivals usually take place across the state over the weekend of the 20th and 21st of June and is open to age groups U9 to U16.

 venue is yet to be announced for 2020. The date and exact location will be announced once finalised later in the season.

Any athlete who wishes to compete at the State Cross Country Championships will be required to compete at their Region Cross Country Carnival to qualify.

Who can compete?

To be eligible to enter the Region Cross Country Carnival, athletes must:

• Be Registered and be a Financial Competitive Member by the closing date and time of competition.

• Athletes must compete at the Region Cross Country Carnival to which their Centre is allocated.

• Open to athletes from Under U9 through to Under 16.

STATE CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS

The State Cross Country Championships will be held either 25th July or 1st August 2020 at Lake Dewar, Myrniong.

STATE CROSS COUNTRY RELAYS

The 2020 State Cross Country Relay Championships will take place at Cruden Farm in Langwarrin on the 30th May 2020.

Date: Saturday 30th May 2020

Location: Cruden Farm, Cranbourne Road, Langwarrin

Open To: Under 9 to Under 16 Athletes

Entries Open: TBA

Entries Close: 24th May 2020 (11:59pm)

Entry Cost: $25/Team (invoiced to the Centre at close of entries)
